This plan will provide you with all of the ingredients to fuel body transformation. Included are a variety of recipes that will to help curb cravings, burn fat, increase energy and reduce bloating. 

To help increase lean muscle growth and fat loss, try committing to an exercise for 2-5 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.  It could be 10 pushups, 10 lunges, planks, squats. You'll have ample energy with this plan, so do what you can to move your body!
